The first time our boys asked about going to LEGOLAND I had no idea that they thought the hotel would be a part of our trip. So after exploring the park for a year, we finally made it to the hotel (passholders get a good discount!). We were not disappointed. It was highly themed, very clean. There were multiple activities on the daily schedule on top of two pools, putt-putt, playgrounds, board walks, Lego bins galore, master builder class, boat tours, character photo opps, and restaurants.
Your adventure begins with choosing the theme of your room. Each floor has a different Lego theme. We chose the castle theme. Check in is via screen, but there are employees available to direct your path. Each child has a prize and juice punch in the treasure box in your room. There is a paper with clues so they can figure out the combination. The soap is Lego themed… everything is Lego themed.
The food… don’t miss the food! It is excellent and in other quantities. We ate at the pirate restaurant. Make reservations!
Although this hotel is designed to be super little kid friendly (there are even built in potty seats in the toilet lid and stools under the sinks!), I can’t imagine any age person not enjoying this fun hotel. Best part? It’s steps from the entry gates of LEGOLAND park. We will definitely be back!
